Deleting Funnels
This action is for people who are at a limit and want to avoid upgrading an expensive plan. After choosing which funnel you wish to delete you will have to enter that funnel page. There at the bottom, you will see a “delete funnel step” icon. When you press this button the page will automatically ask you to confirm it again.
Additional confirmation aims to avoid misunderstandings and after your verification, the funnel will be destroyed. Do not repeat these steps if you see that the funnel is still there. It will take several minutes to update your steps and you can refresh it by logging out and logging back. If you delete your funnels by mistake there are also some instructions to recover them.
Archiving Funnels
When you want to archive your whole funnel, you have to select the funnel and go to the “settings” button. At the bottom of the setting page, you will find the “archive funnel” icon. Click this button, and you will see that the funnel is archived without additional confirmation. After archiving the funnel, you can find it in the funnel dashboard clicking the “archived” icon.
Although your archived funnel is still on your page the number of funnels will be decreased. If not you can again wait a while or refresh your page.
