People who have an individual page on Clickfunnels know that they might face some limits during their subscription. If you are a startup and don’t have enough money, you will probably upgrade the base plan. This plan has some limitations including the number of visitors, pages, funnels per month. And what to do if you are close to these limitations and don’t plan to upgrade the unlimited funnels plan.
This problem is a very common one for some startups. On the other hand, if you are close to limits, you will probably have enough funds to purchase an unlimited funnels plan. However, it can be useful for current Clickfunnel users, and we’re going to present the quick steps for this issue. Here you can either delete or archive your unnecessary funnel in Clickfunnels.
The Step-By-Step Process on Deleting a Funnel in Clickfunnels
There are two variants to make the Clickfunnel account clear when the user is at a limit. If you need to reduce the funnel limit you can delete this particular funnel. But if you just want to decrease the number of pages you can archive unnecessary funnels. Both of these steps will prevent overloaded pages and additional expenses.
Deleting Funnels
This action is for people who are at a limit and want to avoid upgrading an expensive plan. After choosing which funnel you wish to delete you will have to enter that funnel page. There at the bottom, you will see a “delete funnel step” icon. When you press this button the page will automatically ask you to confirm it again.
Additional confirmation aims to avoid misunderstandings and after your verification, the funnel will be destroyed. Do not repeat these steps if you see that the funnel is still there. It will take several minutes to update your steps and you can refresh it by logging out and logging back. If you delete your funnels by mistake there are also some instructions to recover them.
Archiving Funnels
When you want to archive your whole funnel, you have to select the funnel and go to the “settings” button. At the bottom of the setting page, you will find the “archive funnel” icon. Click this button, and you will see that the funnel is archived without additional confirmation. After archiving the funnel, you can find it in the funnel dashboard clicking the “archived” icon.
Although your archived funnel is still on your page the number of funnels will be decreased. If not you can again wait a while or refresh your page. After all these steps, you will make your funnel page simpler and not overloaded. It is important for not only limits but also for your future actions to be precise.
In general, the Clickfunnels is a super easy funnel builder with simple instructions. All steps including duplications or deleting the funnel steps are clear and convenient. Thus, the Clickfunnels also give a chance to avoid additional expenses if you don’t want to upgrade the unlimited plan.
